He has worked as a chef for more than 25 years and has a Michelin star to his name. (Go Tommy!)

He created all the recipes for Lucky Mao from scratch and we love him for that. Only that good stuff, y’know?

Tommy said when people eat food from Lucky Mao they should feel like they’re at home and honestly? Vibes.

He actually owns a restaurant outside of Lucky Mao called Rasa. Plugging it here because it’s really good.
